‘Dump’ Truck Mississippi Beef
By no means am I the ‘OG’ of this meal (in fact this is Mrs. Dumptrucks meal) but it’s one I wanted to share. It’s a go-to for us on those days when we won’t have much time for a home cooked meal. Like those days, we have to rush out to soccer 😉
It’s basically a ‘dump and go’ recipe you can start before you leave in the morning, and it cooks all day in a crockpot, ready when you get home.

Whip up some rice (even the 5-minute stuff), add a steamer vegetable, and you have a delicious meal better than anything you can grab on the way home at a drive-thru!
