The Classic Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

Let’s start with the classic version of Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. The star of this dish is the crispy shrimp coated in a creamy and spicy bang bang sauce. To make these tacos, simply toss the shrimp in a mixture of cornstarch, and House SPG, then fry until golden brown. The bang bang sauce is a spicy sweet combination of Dukes (only Dukes will do) mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and spicy sriracha. Layer the shrimp into a warm corn tortilla, and top with homemade pineapple salsa, or pickled red onions, crumbled feta, sliced avocado, and cilantro. The result? A flavor explosion that will leave you craving more!
