Ingredients

  • 6 jalapeños, split in half and cored outImg 7837

  • 1lb breakfast sausage or chorizo

  • 1/2 block cream cheese

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated

  • 8-12 slices of bacon

Directions

  • Fully cook sausage, and mix with cheeses
  • Stuff mixture evenly into jalapeño halves
  • Wrap each jalapeño with bacon, covering mixture. Use a toothpick to secure bacon if needed.
  • Cook over indirect heat on grill until bacon is fully cooked. Move to direct heat to crisp bacon. Enjoy!Img 7844

Notes

  • You can also cook in 275-300 oven until bacon fat has rendered, then raise the heat to crisp.
