A quick dip that comes together in under 30 minutes that everyone will enjoy. This 5-layer dip is budget-friendly and fully customizable. Add a layer of guacamole, swap beef for spicy chorizo, top with tomato—the sky’s the limit.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger

  • One can refried beans

  • Jar of salsa (drained)

  • 8oz block sharp cheese

  • 2 Cups sour cream

  • Half of lime juice

  • 1 tsp SPG

  • Favorite taco seasoning

  • Black olives, green onion, and jalapeño to garnish

Directions

  • Mix refried beans with milk to thin and layer in dish
  • Mix sour cream, lime juice, and SPG. Layer over beans
  • Cook beef and add taco seasoning per package directions. Layer over sour cream.
  • Layer on drained salsa
  • Shred cheese and layer over salsa
  • Top with garnishes, serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Draining salsa prevents dip from becoming watery.
