These quick pickled onions go great on almost everything, just ask my oldest daughter. In only ten minutes with a few ingredients, you’ll end up keeping them on-hand in the fridge at all times!

Quick Pickled Red Onions

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Red Onions

  • 1 Cup White Vinegar

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt

  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

Directions

  • Bring vinegar and water to a boil
  • Mix in sugar and salt to dissolve. Set aside to cool while you slice onions

  • Stuff onions in jar, and pour in pickling liquid
  • Leave sitting at room temperature to cool, screw on lid and refrigerate. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Onions will turn slightly pink as they marinate.
