Quick Pickled Red Onions
These quick pickled onions go great on almost everything, just ask my oldest daughter. In only ten minutes with a few ingredients, you’ll end up keeping them on-hand in the fridge at all times!

Quick Pickled Red Onions

2-3 Red Onions
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Directions
- Bring vinegar and water to a boil
- Mix in sugar and salt to dissolve. Set aside to cool while you slice onions
- Thin slice red onions
- Stuff onions in jar, and pour in pickling liquid
- Leave sitting at room temperature to cool, screw on lid and refrigerate. Enjoy!
Notes
- Onions will turn slightly pink as they marinate.
