Making fresh pineapple salsa is incredibly easy and requires just a few simple ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • 2/3 – whole fresh pineapple, small dice

  • 1/2 cup red onion, fine dice

  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, fine dice

  • 1/4 cup jalapeño, fine dice

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1 tsp House SPG

  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients, let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve over grilled pork chop, shrimp, or on a chip. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Fresh pineapple is best, but substitute chunked can in a pinch.
